Challenge:
Design and implement a mobile app that contains our 3 primary brands and creates a 365-day engagement touchpoint.
My Actions:
• Conducted RFP of potential mobile app vendors. Created selection committee to evaluate vendors. Made the final determination on which vendor best met our needs.
• Collaborated on user experience, usability, design and content for the mobile app experience.
• Created the communications and marketing plans for the app.
Results:
• Due to mobile app platform transition and redesign, increased net downloads by 42%.
