Challenge:
Plan and market an inspirational event for women in honor of International Women’s Day as well as to increase awareness of women in sports.
My Actions:
• We formed a cross-functional committee to undergo planning of the event, this included selection of location, date time, keynote speaker, pricing, promotional materials, etc.
• I worked with Brand & Creative to ideate concepts for the graphics and shirt.
• I managed marketing of the event ensuring ticket sales met our projection.
• The event was integrated with our social media platforms.
Results:
• The InfluenceHer Symposium was a success and became an event we rebranded each year.

InfluenceHer Promotional Shirts were handed out at the event. A shirt was also provided to each employee and culminated with pictures being taken for IWD social media posts.
