Objective:
Promote each new season in an effort to increase season ticket sales.
My Actions:
• Led the Brand & Creative team on the direction for the new season. This included determining different versions of the season ticket creative to keep the ads refreshed.
• Work with Sales on pricing for the starting package.
• Review and approve all assets before distribution.
Results:
• We continued to see strong renewal and new subscription sales. Full Season ticket packages renewed at more than 85%.
